If, during the first three-year period of ownership of a new Dixie Chopper, any component (as part of the machine) requires replacement due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Dixie Chopper will cover the cost of needed replacement part(s).

This new three-year, bumper-to-bumper warranty is effective with any new Dixie Chopper purchased on or after Oct. 1, 2008.

During the first two years of warranty coverage, labor is included for the necessary replacement of the part(s).

During the third year, the cost of labor will be the responsibility of the machine owner.
